    Super B-complex has a deep connection with your health; their existence makes you healthy, and strong. Vitamins-B helps your body develop, grow and boost your intellectual capabilities to perform well. 

    What is the super B-complex, and how does it support your health?

    Super B-complex covers all the eight B-vitamins that play an incredible role in running your body machinery smoothly. Each B-vitamin holds its specific uniqueness and shows a notable performance in the human body. 

    These vitamins are mostly water-soluble, not retained in your body for a long time. Therefore, you have to eat a healthy & balanced diet to ensure adequate level in your body. Fortunately, numerous natural foods are abundant with these vitamins. 

    However, without further ado, let’s probe the eight types of B-complex and their connection with your health.

    Thiamine—B1

    Thiamine works at a cellular level by participating in food metabolism and generates energy by converting food into energy. Its average level prevents heart, brain, and digestive system diseases. Too little thiamine level develops beriberi, a condition that influences the heart, neurological, and digestive systems, mainly in those who intake alcohol and are malnourished. Whole green foods, wheat germ, and sunflower seed are good sources of thiamine. 

    Riboflavin—B2

    Riboflavin aids the breakdown of carbs, fats, and proteins that you get from food and produce energy for your body. According to the National Institute of Health, you may prevent yourself from cataracts and migraine headaches by taking riboflavin right amount. It may also help you strengthen the immune system, boost energy level, cure acne, etc. You may get B2 vitamin from vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, dairy products, etc. 

    Niacin—B3

    Niacin, also known as nicotinic acid, helps in the energy metabolism, repair, and synthesis of DNA. Its main function is to lower and maintain cholesterol levels in your blood. Foods that contain niacin are tuna, chicken, lentils, and meat. 

    Pantothenic acid—B5

    Pantothenic acid is a water-soluble vitamin, and you take enough amount of it. Like, other b vitamins, it also works at the cell level and carries out the metabolism of fats, lipids, and carbs. Pantothenic acid regulates the production of hormones in your body. Foods enriched with vitamin B5 are vegetables, cabbage, liver, yogurt, and avocado. 

    Pyridoxine—B6

    Pyridoxine is the partner of your amino acid metabolism, forming red blood cells, neurotransmitters, and acting as a cofactor of various enzymes. Its deficiency causes many health problems. Vitamin B6 is present in fruits, fish, meat, dairy products, liver beef, etc.

    Biotin—B7

    Biotin is needed for carbohydrates, protein, and fats metabolism. It plays a remarkable role in regulating the gene expression of your body. Foods that offer vitamin B7 are salmon, eggs, liver, cheese, and many more. 

    Folate—B9

    Folate plays a number of specific key functions in your body. Its active form methylfolate can penetrate inside the brain and modulate mental health. Folate also contributes to maintaining pregnancy. Doctors prescribe folate supplements to pregnant women or those who are planning to conceive.

    Vegetables, fruits, seeds, meat are potent sources of folate. 

    Cobalamin—B12

    Cobalamin is also an essential nutrient of your body. It repairs and forms a new myelin sheath around the nerves and empowers them. Vitamin b12 promotes the production of red blood cells, neurotransmitters, support pregnancy, and many more mechanisms. 

    Unlike this, vegetables and fruits contain too little amount of b12 vitamin. But animal-derived products are good sources of cobalamin. 

    You can understand the worth of Super B-complex vitamins. If your food plate contains a plethora of vegetables, fruits, and meats, there’s no need to use B-complex supplements. While your diet is poor, you should take Super B-complex supplements.

    While you’re pregnant and nursing women, also take supplements by consulting your doctor. 

    Histamine

    A substance produced in the body called histamine is released by white cells into the circulation when the immune system detects a possible allergen and attempts to neutralize it. There are a number of allergens that might cause an allergic response, including pollen and mould. Symptoms of low histamine levels include the following: 

    • Headaches or migraines
    • Nasal congestion and or sinus problems

These vitamins participate in optimizing your brain, heart, gastrointestinal, and many more body functions. However, deficiency of only one B vitamin is intolerable for your body. It will benefit you; if you fulfill your body’s needs by consuming healthy food. Otherwise, Super B-complex supplements are available; you can use them.
