    Feeling Angry or Irritable

    Anger and irritability are other warning symptoms to people with PTSD. On the other side, you might have noticed you snapping back at people whenever they ask you a question. Also, you might be impatient and become irritated by little things. Therefore, these issues occur mainly because part of you is still emotionally stuck in that traumatic moment from the past. Thus, your emotions become raw, making it complex for you to measure your feelings effectively depending on your current scenario.

    Unexpected Feeling You Are In Danger

    You may be having an overhyped startle response. Unexpectedly you start feeling in danger which can happen even if you are not a recognizable threat. The issue occurs because your mind is still stuck in the responsive mode, which tries to ensure you are safe from risks in the past. Although the situation occurred long ago, your mind and mind do not notice; thus, it keeps thinking the threat is still present.

    Variation in Thinking and Mood

    Individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder can see the globe as an insecure place. And since they concentrate on safeguarding themselves from it, it is, however, complex for these people to go out in public. Isolating yourself can lead to anxiety and depression. Sometimes you may do things contrary to things when you see no future. In such cases, they can make risky decisions such as engaging in risky behaviors like alcohol.
